The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Security Architect – Identity and Access Management IaM, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Lead the design and implementation of robust enterprise IaM security architectures that align with business goals, stakeholders, and industry compliance requirements.
Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to integrate security measures throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Conduct thorough security assessments and audits of cloud environments, identifying vulnerabilities, design issues, use cases, and propose appropriate remediation strategies.
Develop and maintain security policies, reference architectures, use cases, design documentation, roadmaps, standards, and guidelines specific to cloud environments.
Define and enforce access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption protocols to safeguard sensitive data stored and transmitted in the cloud.
Monitor and analyze IaM security design to detect and respond to potential threats.
Stay abreast of the latest IaM security trends, emerging threats, and technologies, and recommend adjustments to security strategies as needed.
Collaborate with third-party vendors, stakeholders, and partners to ensure the security of integrated solutions and services.
Provide expert-level guidance and support in IaM compliance assessments, business requirements, and certifications.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND twelve (12) years of experience in Information Technology (IT)

OR

High School Diploma/GED from AND sixteen (16) years of experience in Information Technology (IT)

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Ten (10) years of enterprise security architecture expertise in a private, public, government or military environment.
Five (5) years of IaM background with Active Directory, Azure, Okta, ODIC, Auth0, SAML, or AWS IaM in a private, public, government or military environment
Deep understanding and 10 years of experience with Identity and Access management platforms

Identity protocols such as SAML, OpenId Connect (OIDC) and Oauth2.0
Multi-factor, Biometric and Passwordless authentication
Identity Governance and Compliance including, Access Request and Attestation Campaigns
Privilege Access Management (PAM)
National/International regulations, and standards such as NIST 800-171, ISO27001, SOX, GDPR etc.

Work location: Remote

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 – $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
