“*Permanent (Full Time)*

*Pay Rate: **$413,000-$459,000/annually.*

*Summary: *
* Must be either Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible and working towards board certification within 3 years
* Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred
* Join a strong two-provider, patient centered practice with the support of two audiologists and one APP.
* Provider will work in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
* Reason for opening: retirement
* 4-day work week with 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR
* 20-25 patients per day in the clinic, with 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups
* Level 3 Trauma facility

* Clean Malpractice *Required*
