“*Permanent (Full Time)*

*Pay Rate: $495,000-$550,000 /annually.*

*Summary: *
* Enjoy a steady growth of new patients with a large and loyal referral base from our 11 primary care clinics and 4 OB/GYN clinics located throughout Colorado Springs.
* Receive support from a GynOnc dedicated Nurse Navigator, GYN-specialized Radiation Oncologist, and GYN-specialized Pathologists.
* Practice within the physician-led medical group with over 650 physicians and over 500 APPs. This group has 1 APP (NP), nurses, Mas Contract Physician assisting right now.
* Receive midlevel provider support in addition to full-spectrum ancillary support such as pelvic physical therapy, cancer nutrition, and counseling.

*Submission Requirements*
* Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology *Required*
* Active CO license (or willing to obtain) *Required*
* Fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology *Required*
* Clean malpractice *Preferred *
* Does the provider require visa support – J1 or H1B? *Required*

*Certification Requirements*
* Board Certified
* Board Eligible

*State License Requirements*
* Colorado State License
