“*Permanent (Full Time)*

*Pay Rate: $441,000-$490,000/annually.*

*Summary: *
* Pueblo track offers minimal call requirements, supported by established nocturnists, and includes occasional home call with a 45-minute callback time, allowing physicians to live in southern Colorado Springs if preferred for a better work-life balance.
* Manage cases across multiple settings including Level 1, 2, and 3 trauma centers, as well as outpatient surgical centers, to keep your skills sharp and well-rounded.
* Enjoy a mix of both supervision and independent anesthesia care, allowing you to sit your own cases while also supervising other team members, offering a balance of autonomy and leadership.
* Experience a broad spectrum of cases, including high acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine surgeries, general surgery, vascular procedures, thoracic surgeries, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and GI, giving you exposure to a wide range of specialties.
* Focus on regional anesthesia and blocks, emphasizing techniques that optimize patient outcomes, enhance recovery, and reduce complications, making a significant impact on patient care.
