* *Position:* 3DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect

* *Work Mode:* Onsite (Work from Office)
* *Experience:* 10+ years in Dassault Products
* *Work Authorization:* Valid permit required (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.)
* *Availability:* Immediate to mid-June
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Management
* Work closely with the customer’s engineering teams, as well as selected end users, to understand, document, and prioritize requirements
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical tasks
* Offshore Coordination
* Serve as the primary communication bridge between the onsite customer team and offshore development team
* Conduct daily stand-ups, sync-up calls during offshore business hours (late evening / early morning), and manage work allocation
* Track progress of tasks, clarify doubts, and ensure alignment with deadlines and quality expectations
* Technical Leadership & Development
* Take ownership of complex solution design and development tasks
* Provide hands-on support for critical modules and contribute to the architecture and codebase as needed
* Offer technical guidance to both onsite and offshore team members
* Customer Communication & Reporting
* Provide daily/weekly updates to the customer, including progress, blockers, risk mitigation plans, and delivery status reports
* Respond promptly to any escalations or concerns raised by the customer
* Production Support & Issue Resolution
* Act as the first point of contact for urgent production issues
* Coordinate quick triage and resolution, involving offshore team as necessary
* Ensure root cause analysis and permanent fixes are implemented
Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software delivery, with a mandatory expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE PLM platform
* Proven experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
* Strong understanding of solution architecture, technical design, and implementation lifecycle
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and operate under tight deadlines
* Hands-on experience in handling customer escalations and critical production issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $106,444.34 – $178,191.04 per year
